It's my Chinese lunar birthday today - 6th day of the 6th lunar month. This also means it's almost my birthday, the big 3-0! Unbelievable how time flies...I used to have a list of things I wanted to achieve by the 3rd decade of my life, like get married, have kids, etc.
Now I don't really care about achieving xyz by a certain age anymore. I'm glad I've matured well and am living life away from chasing the usual success milestones, but I still have a long way to go.
To me, 30 is really the beginning of the best part of my life, as I finally have the $$, freedom, independence and maturity to be who I want to be, do whatever I want, and really enjoy life. I'm looking forward to it!

On a side note, I recorded a new song cover a while back, but just didn't feel like putting it up because I thought it sounded horrible. Today when I listened to it again, I thought it's not so bad, so why not post it?
I know it's been a while since I last recorded a song, so here you go! This song is rain-themed - and is one of my favorite songs by Rainie Yang. In English, it literally translates to "Rain Love", which is a nod to Rainie's moniker.
